What are the restrictions for permanent makeup & tattoo services?

Please note that if you have any of the following conditions, you may not be an ideal candidate for our treatment:

• 18 years old or younger

• Previous work with excessively dark pigmentation

• Pregnant or Breastfeeding

• Allergies to topical anesthetics

• Keloid scarring

• Presence of keratosis, facial psoriasis, or eczema near the treated area (including rashes, acne, sunburn, etc.) – Consult your doctor and provide a doctor's note

• Transmittable blood diseases such as HIV or hepatitis

• Accutane use within the past year

• Viral infections, diseases, or sores

• Recent chemical peel within the last few weeks

• Medications, treatments, or illness that compromise the immune system

• Diabetes, chemotherapy, or any other medical conditions – Consult your doctor and provide a doctor's note for consideration

What is the treatment process?

Step 1: Consultation

In this initial step, your artist will conduct a thorough consultation, encouraging you to provide any references you have to better understand your desired look. Bring in photos of your preferences, allowing us to collaboratively choose the ideal brow shape and pigment color that complements you best.

Step 2: Mapping & Drawing

Your artist will meticulously map and measure your brows, drawing them on for you to visualize a live demo of the finished result. Corrections can be made in real-time, ensuring your complete satisfaction before making any commitments.

Step 3: Sanitation Procedure

Prior to commencing the treatment, all supplies are disposable and meticulously wrapped, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene according to BBP OSHA guidelines.

Step 4: Shading Procedure 

Topical anesthetic (numbing agents) is applied to minimize any potential discomfort during the shading procedure. This step, known for minimal to zero pain, is completed within a total time frame of 2 hours.

Step 5: After Care Instructions

Your artist will provide personalized aftercare guidance during your appointment and send out detailed instructions via email. Additionally, you will receive a take-home kit, including a hard copy of aftercare instructions and the necessary healing ointment.

Do I get to choose my eyebrow shape and color? Does it hurt?

Absolutely! You have the freedom to customize both the shape and color of your eyebrows. Our skilled artists will collaborate with you to understand your preferences, offering expert opinions while ensuring the final decision is entirely yours.

To make the process comfortable, a topical anesthetic is applied before and during the procedure, minimizing any potential discomfort. The pain level is typically minimal to none, ensuring a pleasant experience for the majority of our clients.

What if I have had previous brow work done by another artist?

How long do results last?

Over the years following the procedure, your skin will naturally exfoliate, and the pigment will metabolize naturally within your body. Typically, all methods of eyebrow enhancement last between 1-3 years, influenced by factors such as skin type, conditions, and the desired intensity of your eyebrows.

Notably, the ombré shading method tends to have a longer-lasting effect due to its broader coverage in the treated region. To preserve the results, it's crucial to apply SPF daily, as prolonged sun exposure can expedite the fading process.

Do I need a patch test for allergic reactions?

While allergic reactions to pigments are exceptionally rare, we understand the importance of your peace of mind. For those seeking a patch test, a dedicated appointment is available. This session includes topical numbing, needle, and pigment testing conducted behind the ear, coupled with a non-brow shaping consultation.

How long should I wait before I can have permanent makeup applied after botox, injectables, chemical peels, or laser treatments?

For optimal results and to ensure natural symmetry, we recommend scheduling your brow treatment with us first. However, if you opt not to, please allow a period of 3-4 weeks for your botox and skin to settle before proceeding with permanent makeup brows. This timeframe allows for the best outcome and harmonious integration of your enhancements.

Policies

Can I cancel my booking?

Certainly, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. To ensure smooth scheduling and out of respect for our artists and policies, please note the following:

• Rescheduling Policy: We kindly request a minimum of 3 days' notice (72 hours) if you decide to reschedule your appointment. Only one rescheduling is allowed.

• No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the value of your appointment will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.

These guidelines are in place to manage appointments effectively and maintain the quality of service for all our clients. Thank you for your cooperation.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

We value your time and aim to provide the best service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience, please be mindful of the following policy regarding late arrivals:

• Late Arrival Charges: If you are 15 minutes late or over, late arrival charges of $50+ may apply if we decide to accept you after your grace period.

• Rescheduling and Deposit Forfeiture: Late arrivals may result in rescheduling, and there is a possibility of forfeiting your deposit.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend allowing yourself ample time for parking and considering potential traffic, especially during peak times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a $150 deposit is required to book and confirm every new appointment. This deposit serves to secure your spot and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.

Please note the following policies:

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All appointments and booking fee deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is in place to maintain scheduling integrity and uphold fairness for all clients.

Your understanding and cooperation with these deposit policies are appreciated as they contribute to the smooth functioning of our booking system.

Can I bring kids or pets to my appointment?

No, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children or pets during your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. Our focus is on providing a serene and professional environment for all clients, and this policy ensures a smooth and undisturbed experience for everyone. Thank you for your consideration.

Other Important Information

• Healed Results: The final appearance of healed results varies among individuals and is influenced by factors such as skin type, condition, bone structure, health, immune system, metabolism, lifestyle, and existing hair. Results may differ based on these variables.

• Maintenance Level: This is considered a "low" maintenance treatment, not a "No" maintenance treatment. While the need for maintenance is reduced, occasional use of a pencil or powder may still be necessary. Fading, blurring, or poor retention can occur.

• Touch-ups: Regular touch-ups are recommended for optimal and sustained results. Keep in mind that individual responses to the treatment may vary.

• Decision Finalization: Once you have finalized your decision regarding the method, shape, and color, any subsequent changes or adjustments may incur additional charges.

• Medical Conditions: If you have a serious medical condition, a doctor's note stating the condition and clearance for cosmetic tattooing is required. 311 Aesthetics Co. cannot be held responsible for unforeseen situations during your session.

• Contraindications: If you arrive with contraindications or problematic skin around the procedure area (such as pimples, blemishes, irritated skin, or sunburn), your deposit will be forfeited as the treatment cannot proceed under these conditions.

• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a client relationship at any given time.
